Security

Primostratique employs 2FA authentication in cold wallets to ensure that only you can access your funds in the account securely. Funds are not stored in hot wallets. When you fund the account , your account ID is tied to an specific cold storage and any relevant transfers are done from the same storage.

Additionally, our infrastructure for crypto operations is fortified by partnerships with security such as Fireblocks and Elliptic.

To enhance the security of the trading platform beyond standard encryption (SSL/TLS), here are some of the most important measures we use:

Captcha Verification: Adding CAPTCHA (Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart) for logins and sensitive actions helps prevent automated bots from gaining unauthorized access to accounts.

Multi-Signature Wallets: Multi-signature wallets for user funds ensures that transactions require multiple approvals before they are executed, reducing the risk of unauthorized withdrawals.

Cold Storage for Cryptocurrency: Storing the majority of user funds in offline wallets (cold storage) significantly lowers the risk of hacking compared to keeping funds in online wallets (hot wallets).

Data Encryption at Rest: Encrypting sensitive data while it’s stored (in databases or on servers) ensures that even if attackers breach the platform, they cannot read the data without the decryption keys.

Real-Time Monitoring & Fraud Detection: Continuous monitoring of platform activity helps to identify suspicious transactions or login attempts quickly, allowing for prompt action to protect user accounts.

Secure APIs: Ensuring that APIs used for third-party integrations are secured with authentication mechanisms, rate limiting, and input validation to prevent unauthorized access.

Regular Security Audits & Penetration Testing: Conducting regular security audits and penetration tests to proactively identify and address potential vulnerabilities.

User Education: Educating users on the risks of phishing and encouraging strong password practices helps prevent attacks that rely on social engineering.

Monthly Security Reports: Providing users with monthly security reports detailing platform security performance, recent vulnerabilities addressed, and any incidents or threats mitigated. This helps keep users informed and ensures transparency in security practices. You can require a security report if you wish.
